Colorado Bail Task Force

The Colorado Bail Task Force is a cooperative between multiple independent bail enforcement and bail bonds agencies. The mission of the COBTF is to enable bail enforcement agents to operate in the most efficient and safest manner passible while reducing liability and financial risks for the bail bonds agencies all while protecting our industry by self regulating. The COBTF accomplishes this by holding its member agents to stringent training and conduct standards while providing them with advanced tools and techniques that enable them to better locate fugitives.

Reduce the liability of hiring agents with unknown training and experience. Ability to re-assign cases to new teams if progress is stagnant. Member agencies are highlighted on our jail bondsman lists. No additional costs beyond recovery fees for membership. additional services include: Pre-bond screening. Bond condition compliance checks. Vehicle collateral GPS tracking and recovery. 

COBTF Apprentice Program: For those agents looking to make bail enforcement a career the apprentice program provides guidance and assistance in joining existing teams or starting your own team. Apprenticeship gives newly certified bail enforcement agents the ability to gain real world experience working with a variety of experienced mentors. For agents looking to do bail enforcement part time while maintaining another primary day job the apprenticeship program provides an opportunity to come out and have fun without concern of compromising the bondsman's financial liability. This allows you to enjoy doing bail enforcement without the stress of managing a caseload.
